What is your career path?
After almost 15 years of experience in finance and administration management for international groups subsidiaries, I wanted to reinforce my competences to give an entrepreneurial dimension to the second part of my career (yes, when you turn 40, it is a common question). After an EMBA, I joined Grant Thornton Rennes to create the externalisation Accounting service, managing a team of 70 people.
What is your mission at work?
In 2014, I founded TYKAZ, the 1st 2.0 dry-cleaning service. We developed our own platform to manage the activity, created the identity of this brand with 3 main components in its DNA: a stylish dry-cleaning, easy with a 24/7 access online and in shops equipped with secured lockers, convenient with drop off / deposit counters close to our clients.
Our brand is established in Rennes with 15 counters. We recently joined the VillageByCA of Rennes, where Rennes School of Business is a partner. The support of this accelerator will help us to accelerate and create the national network of the brand. We developed our own platform that we can also commercialise in white-label abroad.
What is your mission inside the network?
During my 7 years at Grant Thornton, I used to share my experience during Finance workshops and mentor students. Since 10 years, I am especially interested in the development of careers for women executive and manager. Inside the network, I created with Maya GRASSI, the WIN Club "Women International Network", to help women to assert themselves in their jobs, to dare to believe in themselves.
Why do you give time to the network?
I carry my action inside, because I think it is important to guide young members to show them the strength of our own network. I am convinced that our School has to integrate other networks, I promote School outside. I have been invested in other professional networks for few years. It allows me to create connections that can benefit to every Alumni. A network alone is nothing, even if it is big and active. Its strength comes from its contacts with other networks.
