As an external guest (not member of the Association) to the events we organise, we have to deal with personal data about you: name, contact information, your company, your phone number or e-mail, sometimes the answers to questions asked during your registration or satisfaction survey after the event.
Those information are used only to help us organise the event you attend in the best conditions:
- send you a confirmation of registration,
- allow us to organise the event (participant's list, access control),
- allow us to analyse the answers to registration or satisfaction study.
We can also sometimes suggest you to attend other events we organise.
Assertion of my rights
