Innovation Club: Design Sprint for Innovation : Does it work? Feedback on 10 years of practice

Thanks to the work of Jake Knapp (formerly Microsoft and Google designer) since 2016 the Design Sprint has now found its way into some of France's biggest companies.
This 5-days workshop designed to turn ideas into products in record time has helped to make innovation workshops massively popular, for better or for worse.
What are the realistic expectations of a Sprint organiser? What essential criteria contribute to the success of this kind of approach? What pitfalls can severely compromise the outcome of this type of intervention?
Rémi Rivas, consultant designer, will spend 45 minutes talking about what he has learnt personally from his many uses (and misuses) of Design Sprint.
