A graduate of Rennes School of Business, Maya has 10 years' experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Management and HR Consulting. As Career Manager of the Alumni department, she builds and develops the career offer designed to improve the employability of the RSB Alumni community. She meets you for "Career Moments" as well as for thematic workshops aimed at improving your employability and personal development. Certified by Thomas International for the DISC (APP) and HPTI tests, she offers tailor-made support.
An HR professional with over 20 years' experience, including 4 years at Rennes School of Business, she helps students on the Grande École program find their way into the world of work. Responsible for the career management system, she supervises a dedicated team and works closely with companies. She previously held key positions at ALTEN in career management, recruitment and HR management. Specialized in employability, coaching and workshop facilitation, she works in an English-speaking environment.
