The Alumni Career offer: a valuable support in all stages of your professional life
The Alumni team is growing and developing its Career offer. Maya GRASSI, P20 Alumni of the school, will henceforth use her skills in recruitment and career management for the benefit of RSB Alumni.
Maya for those who don't know you, can you introduce yourself?
Originally from the Var (South-Est French department), I fell in love with palm trees and RSB's international environment during my oral exams. Very early in my career I was attracted to human resources, and I specialized my career in this discipline which was then a little "atypical" for a business school in front of Marketing or Finance.
After my end-of-study internship at Yves Rocher, I held my first job at AVEM (a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole) where I was able to develop my skills in recruitment and career management in a merger context. Subsequently I joined the headhunting practice Activa Médical where I recruited doctors and surgeons with mainly European backgrounds. Then, I was recruited by Innoval Cooperative Group, which develops in the field of genetics and animal reproduction in France and abroad. At the heart of the HR team, I helped employees and candidates on different topics such as recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, career management, ... And since September 27th, 2021, I joined the Alumni Rennes School of Business team to lead the career department of the network.
Why did you choose to join RSB's Alumni team?
I must admit, I did not want to cut the cord with RSB when I left school and quickly, I got involved in the Alumni network. Alongside Françoise Bazin in Rennes, we duplicated the WIN (Women International Network) club led by Ségolène Dugué in Paris. Through this experience I got to know the network and especially the added value it can bring to each Alumni. I also experienced a career interview when I needed it and I came out of it grown.
My ambition is to be able to make my skills available to Alumni but also to promote the skills of the graduates ‘experts who work with us so we can provide to those who wish, the right support or the right information at the right time.
A solid network that I believe in, advice and professional support, how to resist? I did not hesitate to join the RSB Alumni.
On a daily basis, what are your missions within the career department of RSB Alumni?
