Why is this important?

The quality of the information you provide will not only makeyou more visible to the network's alumni, but also keep you up to date withevents happening near you. If your contact details are not up to date, you may miss out on information that could be of interest to you. More generally, it helps us all to keep in touch and maintain our relationships.
