Call for applications: Committee 2020-2022

Rennes SB Alumni Association is launching a call for applications to elect its future Committee 2020-2022.

The candidates willing to be part of Rennes SB Alumni Committee can submit their applications by sending an e-mail to the current team before Monday 25th May 2020, with the object "Candidate for Committee".

Committee members

• 10 to 20 members, elected for a 2 years renewable mandate. Committee departing members can be re-elected.
  
• officially elects the Board members among its members during the AGM
  
• Committee members are volunteers
• You can't be a Committee member if you are not a lifelong member (graduate and subscribing member) of the association and in full possession of your civic and civil rights.

Committee Role

• approves strategic guidelines of the Association
• approves the provisional annual budget proposed by the Board.
• It is also consulted in important decision-making concerning the Association and systematically for financial commitment higher to 15% of the Association's annual budget .
  
  

Committee members role

• promote the association and its services
• attend quaterly meetings and association's big events
  
• takes part in the organisation of Clubs and project groups

Election process

• From April 24 to May 25, 2020: candidates must be declared by sending an e-mail
  
• From May 26 to June 9, 2020: lifelong members will vote online to elect Committee members amongst candidates
• On June 25, 2020: Committee members and Board members will be introduced to our community, during our AGM, organised in Paris and online.
