Executive Selection Competition - Banque de France

The Banque de France is recruiting at least 20 senior managers M/F to become its experts and leaders of tomorrow.
The competition is open to graduates with 5 years' higher education from an engineering or management school, an institute of political studies or a Master 2 in science, law, economics or accounting, and to nationals of a member state of the European Union or a signatory to the European Economic Area agreement.
Towards which professions?

What's the remuneration?
As a rough guide, after a full year's activity, you'll earn around €45k gross. In addition, you may receive variable supplements, profit-sharing and incentive bonuses, as well as compensation related to your family situation and housing.
You will benefit from subsidized supplementary health insurance, complemented by a group provident contract, and can subscribe to a company savings plan with a matching contribution.
Registration will take place from Thursday, June 1 to Wednesday, July 12, 2023 inclusive.
The results of the competition will be published in mid-December 2023. Successful candidates are expected to take up their positions on March 1, 2024.
You will benefit from an early-career support program to develop your leadership skills, a spirit of promotion and foster your integration within the Institution. This will include meetings with Governors and General Managers, international exchanges, etc.
