Can you tell us about your experience at Rennes SB?

Graduated from P22 with a Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Communication. During my studies, I had the opportunity to get involved with Bretagne Conseil, the Junior-Enterprise, and also to have some enriching experiences:

🌍 An Erasmus exchange in England,
📍 Two long internships in Paris in the field of marketing,
💻 An internship at the end of my studies at a digital agency in the North of France, where I started my career.

After several wonderful years as Traffic Manager at Camaïeu, driven by a constant quest for excellence and learning in digital marketing, I have decided to take a new turn in my professional life.

✨ A moment's pause to welcome not 1, not 2, but 3 children in 4 years! And yes, I love a challenge! then... A career change guided by the desire to give my career more meaning by putting people back at the heart of my priorities 💡.
Today, I'm a recruiter at Lyreco, a French benchmark and European leader in solutions for all working environments.

From a small family business founded in 1926 to a European leader, Lyreco is today the ideal partner for all the daily needs of French professionals: furniture, PPE, catering, hygiene, technology & printing solutions, office supplies...

At Lyreco, my day-to-day work revolves around two main tasks:

👩‍💻 Recruitment - Supporting our managers, from briefing to talent integration, and going further by providing personalised follow-up for employees.
📊HR project management - for example, developing programmatic HR strategies, an area that echoes my early years in digital marketing.

🧩 My biggest success? Her name is Margaux, my first sales recruit, with whom I formed a strong bond as soon as she joined.

A word about the Alumni Network: 

I'm proud to be a Pum'Reward winner in the 'Career' category, a recognition that highlights my career path and gives Lyreco visibility within our network.

The network is also about unique encounters:
☕ A coffee in the Lyreco cafet' with Christophe Darde, P21, also Secretary General of the Alumni Association and Sales Director of the Key Accounts Business Line at Lyreco, where we discovered that our daughters have the same first name!
🤝 An immediate and natural link with Thomas Loisy, P25 and Sales Director of the SME Business Line, thanks to our shared memories of school.

And yes, the Rennes Business School is well represented at Lyreco!

Her advice for young graduates:

Be grateful for the opportunities you are given, give 100% of yourself and don't forget to be serious... without ever taking yourself too seriously!

🎯 Fun fact: I juggle my life as a mother of three, training for a half marathon and the relationship I build with each candidate I coach.
